A Tribute To Bill Evans

Description

Marie Séférian (vocals), Ronan Guilfoyle (bass) & Tommy Halferty guitar).
The three Jazz musicians devoted their new program to the famous Piano Player Bill Evans. The reason why there is no piano in this group is because auf the transparency which is automatically given by this line-up. Without Drums and Piano the group plays a lot of lines in a finesse way and the rhythmical accentuation lose sight of the missing Drums. This Trio makes chamber music in a flexible, fluent and jazzy way. The Trio arranged most of the beautiful Tunes of Bill Evans in a new way, but you will also hear Standards which adopt Evans as his owns.
